In 1999, it all began with passion and determination.

Tanka Sapkota is the owner and chef of the Italian restaurants Come Prima, Forno d’Oro, Il Mercato, as well as the restaurant Casa Nepalesa, all located in Lisbon. A determined fighter with an unusual creative vein and strength capable of moving the world, he offers the best he knows every day. Born in Nepal, he has a Portuguese heart.

CASA NEPALESA

A cozy, rustic room with an intimate atmosphere. The menu features Asian/Nepalese dishes based on chicken, vegetables, prawns, goat, and of course, ancient spices ground in-house.
